Extensions are encouraged as we progress through the spring as I am committed to providing top notch service without rushing. Please keep in mind that tax advice is reserved for fully onboarded clients with a signed engagement letter; however, we can certainly determine if we’re a good fit during our initial call. Fulfillment policy:
Workflow: After an initial call, onboarding consists of reviewing and signing a contract, completing an organizer (questionnaire), and payment of 50% of your estimated investment in my services. You may begin uploading documents at any point after the initial call. All of this takes place through the TaxDome portal, both for security and convenience. E-file authorization signatures will be required through the portal. You’re also welcome to send questions containing sensitive information through the chat feature inside TaxDome for added security. A final, digital version of your returns that includes acknowledgment that your returns have been accepted by the relevant taxing authorities will be provided through the portal as well.
Refunds: The initial deposit is nonrefundable and covers initial calls, review of documentation, and beginning return preparation for the current year. This amount will be applied in full toward your final invoice, payable upon completion of return preparation but prior to return submission. You will have a chance to review your returns prior to final payment and submission. Please keep in mind that you are paying for a service that includes years of expertise to offer at a high level, rather than a tangible product that can be easily refunded or exchanged. I strive for 100% satisfaction, so if you have a less than fabulous experience, please discuss this with me right away.
